This week’s picture, came from a dream. (For this post I’ll focus on the picture, instead of the dream.)
The Little Guy Has Abilities!
Have you ever found that fly’s can be really annoying. They are just so quick. They just have that ability to escape and avoid capture, or taking a hit from the fly squatter.
In nature, we can see the same scenario, again and again. When a lion hunts it’s prey, it’s not guaranteed that the lion will win. There are many times, when the lion’s miss their mark, and they then go hungry, and have to wait and try again, on another day.
The little guys, do have an ability/abilities that mean that the odds aren’t always completely stacked against them. They can evade capture, and the bad news that would follow the said capture.
If you, or someone who you know, is in a bad situation, and the odds appear to be stacked against you, then Know that The Lord Your God, has given the Little Guy (or Lady), Abilities, that means that they Can Evade Capture!
In nature, when the little guy becomes worn out, and tries to take a rest, it’s at that moment when they are at most danger.
When you pray, pray for the Resources that are needed, Will be met by, The Lord God (who is your Lord God), so that you won’t grow weary, and then be tempted to take an ill timed rest.
(Rest up, when The Lord God tells you, it’s OK to rest here now.)
So, even if things look bad, Know that The Lord Your God, gives the Little Guy (or Lady), Abilities, to Evade Capture!
For a scripture about this subject, have a read of Psalm 91, a copy is below.
Psalm 91
1 Whoever dwells in the shelter of the Most High
will rest in the shadow of the Almighty.
2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress,
my God, in whom I trust.”
3 Surely he will save you
from the fowler’s snare
and from the deadly pestilence.
4 He will cover you with his feathers,
and under his wings you will find refuge;
his faithfulness will be your shield and rampart.
5 You will not fear the terror of night,
nor the arrow that flies by day,
6 nor the pestilence that stalks in the darkness,
nor the plague that destroys at midday.
7 A thousand may fall at your side,
ten thousand at your right hand,
but it will not come near you.
8 You will only observe with your eyes
and see the punishment of the wicked.
9 If you say, “The Lord is my refuge,”
and you make the Most High your dwelling,
10 no harm will overtake you,
no disaster will come near your tent.
11 For he will command his angels concerning you
to guard you in all your ways;
12 they will lift you up in their hands,
so that you will not strike your foot against a stone.
13 You will tread on the lion and the cobra;
you will trample the great lion and the serpent.
14 “Because he loves me,” says the Lord, “I will rescue him;
I will protect him, for he acknowledges my name.
15 He will call on me, and I will answer him;
I will be with him in trouble,
I will deliver him and honor him.
16 With long life I will satisfy him
and show him my salvation.”
