Can I see Your Grace, today, while I wait for …… ?

I’ve just watched the Brandon Lake YouTube video, Tear off the roof.
It shows The Chosen scenes of the roof being taken off and the paralysed man being lowered through it, to then be healed. It also shows the woman who was subject to bleeding, being healed, as she touches the tassels of Jesus’s clothes.

It’s great you see people get answers to prayer, but when you are waiting for …….. , then there can be a tendency to think, “When will it be my turn, Lord?”

Yes, that was my thought as I watched it.
My wife is still in need of a healing touch, being a stroke survivor of plus 20 years. But then a thought along the lines of, “Help me to see Your helping hand to me, in the here and now.” kind of came.
Hence the title of this post,
Can I see Your Grace, today, while I wait for …… ?

Sometimes, it’s just not easy waiting. It can be all the more difficult to wait when you know One who is able to do, all the more, than we can imagine.
The Lord God Almighty, who is able to do ALL things.

So how do we cope when the answer to our prayer for ……… appears to be, not yet, or even, no?

Will we jump up and down a little bit (or a lot) and then try to explain to God, why He should listen to our point of view and then tell Him how things ought to be done?? …. ???

Who’s the one who is really in charge?

God IS God!
Only He knows what the the best outcome is.
Will we remember this as we deal with ……. ?

Will we be able to come to Our Loving Heavenly Father, and hear and follow His way, while we are dealing with …….. , so that we can then see the grace that He has for us today, in the here and now, while we struggle with ……. ?

I’d like to continue this post with a host of helpful advice about how to do this, but I’m struggling to know where to go with this next.
However I have just listened to the latest message from Elevation Church, and it’s so in line with the title of this post.

If you want or need something extra on this subject, then do a search on YouTube for,

It will bless you.

The final note on this post has to be the scripture that many of us may already be thinking of.

2 Corinthians 12:9-10
But he said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for my power is made perfect in weakness.” Therefore I will boast all the more gladly about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may rest on me. 10 That is why, for Christ’s sake, I delight in weaknesses, in insults, in hardships, in persecutions, in difficulties. For when I am weak, then I am strong.
